The mission of the ISJACHEM is to enhance knowledge among the Departments of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the Universities and High Technical Schools of the Jesuits, and to increase collaboration in all fields in order to improve our preparation of professionals in the field of chemistry, environmental studies and related subjects. Although ISJACHEM originated within the chemistry and chemical engineering community, the organization has broadened its scientific and programming interests to welcome physicists, biologists and engineers from all disciplines. This year, our meeting will be held at the Catholic University of Cordoba, in Cordoba, Argentina and the main scientific theme of the meeting is “Science and Technology of Foods, Nutrition and Health.”
